Wed Side Story

Ask Gul if life has changed after marriage and pat comes the reply, “No, not at all! My husband has a life and so do I, so why should anything change? I am the same Gul. Also, today, the life of a modern woman hardly gets affected with her relationship status. Gone are the days when a woman used to change her dressing style and would start wearing suits and saris soon after marriage. Times are changing and so are we.”

Wear Your Attitude

The “Turning 30” star arrived rather late at the press conference held in Lucknow, but she didn’t forget to carry her attitude with her. Instead of apologizing, the lady quipped, “I wish I could fly my own plane, I would have reached in time for the event. Even I don’t like to get late for events.”

Fashion Forward

Gul was in town for a fashion event, and spoke about her fashion sensibilities. “I definitely like to wear clothes which are body hugging and show off my curves. Since I have a good figure, I feel comfortable in such clothes. I don’t really like to experiment with fashion, especially with loose fitting clothes. I am too scared to try something new on myself,” she said.

Net Gain

The fashion conscious Miss India is also quite ‘socially’ active on networking websites. “Yes, but I don’t put everything about

my life on the social networking websites. Also, what makes my social networking account different from others is that I ususally don’t follow celebrities. I look for like-minded people on this platform,” said Gul, who will soon be seen in her next film “Fat-so” by Rajat Kapoor.
