If there is a true epitome of beauty and brains, its Gul Panag. The actress, who has impressed us with her act in films like Dor, Hello and Turning 30, interacted with her fans at this special Meet-N-Greet event organised by Bollywood Hungama in association with VisitFinland.com. Dressed in a blue floral dress, Gul seemed at ease as the contest winners gave a brief introduction of themselves.
Gul, who is the brand ambassador of Visit Finland, spoke about her amazing experiences in Finland. The actress has already visited the country thrice this year and simply fell in love with the place. When a contest winner asked her about her favourite place in Finland, Gul replied, “For me the north of Finland- an area called Lapland- is really beautiful as the topography which you get to see there is really rare.”
Speaking more about Finland, Gul said, “Finland is a fabulous winter destination. You can indulge in various adventure sports like Reindeer Safari, Husky Safari, or ride a Snow mobile, or do Skiing. It’s simply amazing to see the pristine white beauty of the country.”
When a contest winner asked Gul if Finland is a good location to shoot Bollywood films, Gul replied, “It’s a fabulous location waiting to be explored by the Indian film industry. Most of us are bored of seeing the same locations on the big screen and the virgin locales of Finland can really make for a picture perfect shot. Moreover, Finland also has a wonderful film industry to partner with. The locals are also quite comfortable with English which is a huge advantage. So I think we should explore Finland as a location for shooting our films.”
