The collaboration aims to enhance the lifestyle offerings at Araaya Alibaug by integrating professionally curated adventure activities with luxury living, wellness and hospitality, positioning the development as a holistic destination for second-home buyers and visitors.

As part of the partnership, the first phase will feature professionally supervised 4×4 off-roading experiences across carefully selected forest trails and scenic landscapes in Alibaug. Speaking about the collaboration, Taizun Hassonjee, President of Tricone Group, said Araaya Alibaug was envisioned as more than a luxury residential development.

Partnering with Magucho and Gul Panag enables us to offer authentic, professionally curated outdoor experiences that connect people with nature while delivering world-class standards,” Hassonjee said.

Gul Panag, co-founder of Magucho, said the collaboration seeks to encourage exploration while fostering a deeper connection with nature.

“Adventure is about discovering places, pushing boundaries and building meaningful connections with nature and people. Through Magucho, we curate experiences that inspire exploration and community. We are excited to collaborate with Tricone Group to bring these experiences to the spectacular landscapes of Araaya at Alibaug,” Panag said.
